The grant marks the third consecutive year of financial support from the Colonial. The funds will be used to organize the organization's annual Sik'lik Youth Poetry Slam and Writing Workshop.

In keeping with the PGA Tour, Crowne Plaza's and Colonial Country Club's commitment to "giving something back" to the communities where a PGA tournament is hosted, Colonial Country Club Charities provides project and program support that benefits the youth, primarily, of Tarrant County.
